New Products, Projects, & Websites
Well, 2011 has certainly proven to be an eventful year for us so far! A couple of the highlights to date are new projects, websites, products, and a new direction for Crossfire Website Design. Sit back and enjoy some company news—it’s painless, trust us!
The beginning of 2011 saw the launch of the Social Media Press Kit — a cutting-edge, one-of-a-kind web-based (that is way too many hyphens!) product designed to let people learn about you. The SMPK consolidates all of your social media links (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) into one location to save you time and keep you organized.
The Social Media Press Kit is fully customizable with your images, links, videos, PDF’s, your resume—really anything that you need to tell the world about you. The cool part of the SMPK is that there is no programming or software to install—if you can fill out a Web form, you can make your own Social Media Press Kit!

Feature: EcoWatt Energy
Crossfire Marketing Group Launches EcoWatt Energy
Not only did we revolutionize the deregulation of utilities through our outbound marketing efforts, we now offer two—that’s right, two—energy-saving devices from EcoWatt Energy. The XRP-Lite and XRP-Pro devices from EcoWatt Energy are designed to save residential and commercial customers money on their electric bills each month. The
XRP-Lite is designed for residential use while the XRP-Pro
is designed for commercial customers.
Crossfire is working on a nationwide launch of the program in early June 2011; we currently have a few of the devices installed through a pilot program with a select few customers in California. In the pilot program, we let the customers try the device at no cost for a certain period of time so they can see the value of the device and save money at the same time! Check out the website and be sure to use our savings calculator so you can see how much you can save.
Website Design has New Look, Renewed Vision
Crossfire Website Design had its own overhaul early this year when Stephen Rudnicki, COO for CMG decided that the site was “dated and in dire need of an update.” Michelle Portteus, Project Manager for CWD took on the daunting task of a complete site redesign while the professional writing duties were handled by yours truly, Michael Rudnicki. The finished product is nothing short of exceptional and in Stephen’s words, “exactly what I had envisioned when I rolled the project out, mission accomplished.”
When CWD was initially launched as an official division of Crossfire Marketing Group, we wanted to solely focus on small and new businesses—that vision allowed us to build a pretty solid portfolio and we were happy with ourselves— until early in February, that is. We all kind of had a round-table discussion and decided that we could remain true to our roots while adding larger, existing businesses to our repertoire. So, here we are in later April and we have been quite successful in the new endeavor and we have even been able to forge a relationship with another web design team in Dublin, Ohio due to our expanded vision. Oh… be sure to check out our new Facebook page! Kudos to our newest addition, Sean von Wolffradt for this new design!
